Any tender to be valid must be accompanied by a deposit or a suretyship whose amount is equal to 5% of the total of the tender including taxes. Only bids from contractors with an establishment in Canada (ACCQO, ALEC) and who have obtained, through the SEAO in their name, the tender documents issued by the municipality. When an interested person or company is of the opinion that the tender documents or the process for awarding a contract do not comply with the contractual rules in force, they may complain to the public body concerned. or the Public Procurement Authority (AMP). The deadline for this RFP to submit a complaint is March 6, 2023. The deadline for responding to complaints submitted for this RFP is March 13, 2023.
