Tenderers may obtain the tender documents through the electronic tendering system (notice number 006-2023) or by contacting a representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326. Obtaining the documents is subject to the fees of the said organization. Only bids from contractors with an establishment in Canada (ACCQO, ALEC) and who have obtained, through their name, the tender documents issued by the municipality. When an interested person or company is of the opinion that the tender documents or the process for awarding a contract do not comply with the contractual rules in force, they may complain to the public body concerned. or the Public Procurement Authority (AMP). The deadline for this RFP to submit a complaint is March 6, 2023. The deadline for responding to complaints submitted for this RFP is March 13, 2023. The Municipality of Lac-Etchemin incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must ensure before tendering that he obtains all the documents related to this call for tenders.
