The Clarion-Limestone Area School District is requesting bids to be made and will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder(s) all as more thoroughly described in the Contract Documents. A certified check, bid bond or a combination of both totaling an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid PLUS any Add Alternates and made payable to the Clarion-Limestone Area School District, must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid. School District anticipates awarding Contracts within forty-five (45) days of the bid opening. No bona fide bids shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening.
