Renovation of a medical facility in Binghamton, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Various Buildings Fire Doors. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to this scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Upon completion of Fire Door installation, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with the Maintenance Supervisor. This project is to Provide Stamped Design for 2-hour Fire Rated Assemblies. Bound Hard Copies and Digital Copy are required. Design Professional shall develop the scope of work for the removal of any existing smoke doors, specify all new; doors, frames, and hardware associated with the rated assemblies. Designs shall plan for reinstallation of any and all existing Security Equipment (IE: intercom, cameras, and remote lock control(s), Fire Alarm System Components, and Environmental Controls and make sure all operates as expected upon completion. New doors shall have provisions for control wiring to be added for future security lock, strike, or crash bar installation(s), where these features do not currently exist.
