The Allen ISD is accepting proposals for Job Order Contracting (JOC) Bid/Proposal Deliveries: The Allen ISD cannot guarantee, due to internal mail delivery procedures, that any bid/proposal sent priority mail will be picked up from the post office by district mail employees and delivered to the Purchasing Department by the closing date and time. Allen ISD security protocol requires visitors to sign in and receive a visitors badge prior to proceeding to the Purchasing Department. Please allow ample time to check-in prior to delivering your proposal. Proposer shall bear full responsibility for ensuring that the proposals are delivered to the specified location by due date and time. The time clock in the Purchasing Department is the official time clock for proposals. Late bids will be rejected as nonresponsive. Accommodations and modifications for people with disabilities are available upon request. Submit requests to bryan.sharkey@allenisd.org or to Bryan Sharkey, Purchasing Director, 972-727-7114. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received, deemed to be in the best interest of the District. No officer or employee of the Allen ISD shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the Allen ISD.
