advance tree clearing, including but not limited to site preparation, installation of sediment control silt fence, cutting, clearing and removal of trees, shrubs and brush, and site restoration, at the Highway 404 Mid-Block Crossing north of 16th Avenue from Leslie Street (Y.R. 12) to Woodbine Avenue (Y.R. 08) in the Cities of Richmond Hill and Markham Any bids received from bidders who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified, who have not obtained COR equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $75,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price.
