a) The Gravel Stockpile for the municipality will consist of hauling 8,000 cubic yards of 7/8" Road Gravel, with 4,000 cubic yards going to our Yellow Grass location (NE 7-10-16-W2) and 4,000 cubic yards to our Lang location (NW 18-11-17-W2), with the gravel being located at NE 30-06-23-W2. b) The RM of Scott reserves the right to have the piles measured by a surveyor, chosen and paid for by the RM of Scott, after the gravel has been hauled. c) Weigh scale tickets will be accepted, but the RM of Scott still reserves the right to survey the pile if they so choose, the surveyors will be chosen and paid for by the RM of Scott. *The RM of Scott reserves the right to pay the Contractor based on the surveyor volume reports after measuring the piles.
