Provide Construction Manager at Risk services for complete renovation of Berkeley Campus for Trident Technical College. Scope of work to include new construction of training and assembly space, critical infrastructure upgrades in areas such as electrical power, wastewater, storm water, roads and skill pad. Additional work is necessary to correct facilities maintenance issues such as HVAC and other building components. The facility will serve as a flexible high-tech workforce training facility.
