Abbeville County will be accepting Bids for the Cell 2A Construction and related infrastructure at the County Class Three Landfill at 1094 Gassoway Farm Road, Abbeville, South Carolina. At least two (2) Subtitle D composite liner projects totaling 500,000 square feet of constructed liner within the last five (5) years is required to have been successfully completed by the CONTRACTOR or his subcontractors in addition to the requirements of the installer as set out in the specifications.
