Site work and renovation of a civil project in Anzac, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

This project is for Anzac #1 Lift Station (LSA 1) Upgrades. Work covered by the Contract Documents takes place in the Hamlet of Anzac, consisted of upgrades of the existing LSA1 Liftstation. The work may include, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Mobilization. 2. Manage and implement public notification during pre-construction and as required during construction. 3. Work that may be incurred while completing the contract scope: .1 Locate and expose third party utilities (power, gas, communications, etc.) and protect third party utilities during construction. Coordinate with owners of third-party utilities. .2 Remove existing pumps and replace with 2 new pumps to provide additional heads to convey flows from Liftstation LSA1 to lagoon. .3 Supply of one additional spare pump deliver to Fort McMurray Wastewater Treatment Plant, 820 Memorial Drive, Fort McMurray, AB. .4 Process piping, valves, flowmeter and pressure gauge upgrades, and etc. .5 Remove and replace existing generator with new generator .6 Electrical upgrades including electrical service tie-in, receptacles, lighting and etc., automatic transfer switch, variable frequency drive (VFDs), reconnection of new equipment signals and controls to existing programmable logic control (PLC), and etc. .7 Structural upgrades including new generator pad, concrete pump stand, access hatch, platform, access ladder and etc. .8 Upgrade existing hoist and roller .9 Instrumentation and control (I&C) work including reconnection of new equipment signals and controls to existing programmable logic control (PLC), human machine interface (HMI) updates and system integration 4. Provide temporary bypass pumping during construction. 5. Remove all temporary facilities and controls. 6. Update of O&M Manual 7. Testing and Commissioning 8. Demobilization.
