Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Contract includes, but not limited to the following major items of work: Installation, maintenance, and removal of vehicular and pedestrian traffic protection devices associated with road closure, posted detour route(s) and temporary pedestrian access ways proposed during the stages of work for this project; Installation, maintenance, and removal of soil erosion sediment control measures; Construction of on grade ADA pedestrian path in conjunction with an engineered soil cover remediation project by Wyeth Holdings and work in the vicinity of New Jersey Transit rails; Demolition and disposal of existing pedestrian bridge, vehicular bridge and elevated concrete stairs; Full replacement of the concrete cantilever walkways along Cole Drive; Construction of on-grade stairs at northeast end of Cole Drive; Relocation of stormwater pump station controls. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Somerset County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of successful bidder's contract.
