The Talbot Avenue Drainage Improvements Project includes construction of a stormwater two-stage ditch/swale system to replace an undersized stormsewer and overland flow path. Work consists of earth excavating, soil grading and native landscaping in a stormwater daylighting project. The work also includes repairing and replacing drainage structures, bollards concrete curb and gutter and pavement, and an aggregate trail. The work also includes tree and brush clearing and mass grading as well as the applicable soil erosion and sediment control measures and site restoration. The work includes the carrying out of all duties and obligations and the furnishing of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the project. This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLT-3381 awarded to the State of Illinois by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
