Remove down to the structural deck and replace roofs on 3 buildi n g s . H u l b e r t P u b l i c Schools hereinafter called the Owner, will be accepting sealed bids for project: #23 Auditorium Flat Roof, MS/HS Flat and Metal Roof, and Elementary Flat Roof located on the Hulbert Public School Campus. The lower left hand corner of the envelope shall be marked BID PACKAGE: #23 Auditorium Flat Roof, MS/HS Flat and Metal Roof, and Elementary Flat Roof. Contractors are encouraged to bring cameras/measurement tools to take any site measurements necessary. All bids will be publicly opened, recorded, and studied for recommendations to the Owner. Bids Received after the time or more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the official stated time set for the opening of bids, will not be accepted. No bids may be submitted, changed, or withdrawn after the time of the opening of the bids. All late bids will be unopened and become property of Hulbert Public Schools. It is the responsibility of the bidder to make sure their bid is received by the bid due date and time. Hulbert Public School reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid and to accept the bid or bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner.
