Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 33,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Construction of a new, Type II-B, fully sprinklered, academic building (33,000 SF total) including a new storm shelter (9,000 SF). This new two-story building will include eighteen classrooms and three science labs. A portion of this new addition will function as a storm shelter. This project will provide pathways and infrastructure, only, for systems including the following: security updates including cameras, card access readers, door contacts, and a weapon management system. Site improvements include revisions to parking/drives/service yard, landscaping, and underground utilities; regrading and pipe replacement of the existing pond; replacement of site lighting at selected locations; and new sidewalk & adjacent improvements along Stark Road and Seagoville Road. A Proposal bond on Dallas ISD Proposal Guarantee Bond Form, from a Surety authorized to transact business in the State of Texas, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the greatest total amount of the proposed contract amount (Base Price plus all Allowances), payable without recourse to the order of the Dallas ISD Board of Trustees, must accompany the Proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the proposer will promptly enter into and execute the Contract and Performance and Payment Bonds on the forms provided.
