Reference number : 1694039 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Varennes wishes to receive offers of professional services from a laboratory firm for complete studies and quality control of materials, in whole or in part, for all of its projects planned for 2023. Tenders are analyzed using the qualitative and quantitative evaluation system provided for in the tender documents. To be retained, a tender must obtain a minimum of seventy (70) points at the level of the qualitative evaluation. The envelopes containing the Bid Form - Bid Price of the selected firms will be opened by the evaluation committee. The price envelopes of unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them unopened. The contract will be awarded to the firm whose bid obtains the highest final score. The City of Varennes does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received without incurring any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
