The proposed improvement consisting of furnishing and erecting a 50'X80'X18' metal exterior pole barn, including one 12'X12' overhead door with high lift and opener, one 12'X16' overhead door with opener, one 3' wide walk door, double bubble wrap insulation on the roof along with all necessary and related items. Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are expected to be funded in part by grant from the State of Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Neither the State of Illinois or any of its Departments, Agencies or employees is or will be a party to this Advertisement for Bids or any resulting Contract. The Procurement will be subject to regulations contained in the procedures for, the Act Regulating Wages in Illinois (820 ILCS 130), and the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570). Bidders are also required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in 41 CFR 60-4. The submission of a proposal or bid by the Offeror in response to this IFB or RFP constitutes an acknowledgment of and an agreement by the Offeror that it understands and will comply with the Act Regulating Wages in Illinois (820 ILCS 130), and Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act. A Payment and Performance Bond is required in connection with this project, said Bonds shall specifically provide that the Principal must pay all sums of money due or to become due for any labor in accordance with the Act Regulating Wages in Illinois (820 ILCS 130)
