The City is seeking proposals to remove, purchase and install new roofs on two (2) buildings at the Kilmer Springs Water Plant and to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials required to provide the services except as specified elsewhere in this document. The City expects all respondents respond to the entire bid manual. Proposer certifies that no amount will be paid directly or indirectly to an employee or official of the City as wages, compensation, or gifts in exchange for acting as an officer, agent, employee, subcontractor, or contractor to the Proposer in connection with the procurement under this RFP/BID. The Owner will secure and pay for permits required for permanent structures. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all other necessary licenses and permits and shall faithfully comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations Federal, State, or local which may be applicable to the operations to be conducted hereunder. The City of Martinsburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities as may be deemed to be held in the best interest of the City of Martinsburg. The City reserves the right to adjust the schedule and to add/remove specific events to meet the unique needs of this Project.
