Box 248, Revloc, PA 15948 for the following: ITEM 1 1,000 Tons AASHTO No. 3 (3-A) State Approved BIDS MUST BE TOTALED IN COLUMN C. BID WILL BE AWARDED ON TOTAL AMOUNT IN COLUMN C. DO NOT ALTER BID SHEET. Liquidated Damages Apply, $200. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
