Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
This project will upgrade the airport circulation roadway network that was constructed in the 1980's to support terminal improvements and existing operations outside the airfield. Geometric changes are under consideration. The project includes surface rehabilitation, drainage system improvements, curbing, pavement markings, lighting, and signage for land-side roadways that connect the airport to Brooks Ave. and Scottsville Rd. This project is in included in the Monroe County's FY 2026-2031 CIP. As of October 20, 2025, information regarding a design team and the contractor selection has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
