Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Orange, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: An existing school, Silver Sands Middle to receive replacement of main electrical switchgear Bldg. 12. Contractor's Duties: 1. Provide and Pay for: a) Labor, Materials, Equipment and Installation of items described above. b) Tools, Construction Equipment. c) Protection of Existing Work. 2. Comply with listed codes and Specifications JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY A. Provide all labor and materials for replacing main electrical switchgear in Building 12 at Silver Sands Middle as described in this Specification and on Drawings. B. Contractor shall replace, repair and shall be responsible for items damaged during construction/installation. Items of concern include: 1. ceiling tile 2. plaster 3. gypsum board 4. concrete block 5. cabinet work 6. carpet 7. painted surfaces 8. roof penetrations 9. brick 10. sidewalks 11. pavement 12. landscaping 13. grass C. Painting of construction areas shall be done by Contractor.
