The last day for questions is noon on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 Scope The County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to replace the siding of concession stand # 1 Located at Henry S Parker Athletic Complex, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. B. CONTRACT PRICING 1. Contract pricing will be valid for the term of the completion of the project, ("Contract Period"). 2. Pricing must include all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform Work. 3. Pricing will not change during the Contract Period. C. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Mobilize onsite. 2. Set up safety requirements per OSHA standards. 3. Remove all existing siding and set aside for owner use. 4. Replace any bad sheathing or lumber per itemized costs provided by bidder. 5. Furnish and install Tyvek housewrap to all siding areas. 6. Furnish and install CertainTeed Monogram D5 Dutch Lap vinyl siding or approved equal to all siding areas. County to select color from provided sample options. 7. Furnish and install CertainTeed or approved equal to outside corners and inside corners. 8. Furnish and install new accessories (light blocks, dryer vents, etc.). 9. Furnish and install new WHITE soffit. 10. Clean all debris and Furnish Dump Trailer for trash. 11. Project bids should include all necessary permits and associated costs. 12. Include a detailed listing of the warranties on products and lab 13. Include product delivery and installation timeframes for work completion.
