Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ravenna, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Concrete and concrete work shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, formwork, reinforcing, tools and equipment required to construct, place and finish all cast-in-place concrete work for a complete and functioning installation in accordance with the Contract Documents For: ANNUAL PAVING CONTRACT The proposed work under this Contract consists of asphalt milling and paving, roadway widening, brick paving and associated work items, asphalt and concrete base repairs, concrete roadway repairs, sidewalk replacement and associated work items. The estimated cost for this project is $786,000.00. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid surety furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety in an amount as allowed by Treasury Circular 570. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with the wage rates for Public Improvements in Portage County and in the City of Ravenna, Ohio as determined by the State Prevailing Wages for this work. The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
