Site work and paving for a road / highway in Greenville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work involved is described below: Primary Bid: 2 Mill & Overlay with Partial Depth Patching o Wind Valley Court - from Wind Hill Drive to Cul de Sac o Arthur Coffman - from City Limits to Cemetery Microsurfacing o Heritage Way - from Hwy 150 to near Wagon Trail Alternate Bid: 2 Mill & Overlay with Partial Depth Patching o Pioneer Lane - from Frontier Trail to Frontier Trail All Bidders must comply with the following: 1. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act. 2. The President's Executive Order No. 11246 as amended, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex or national origin. 3. 41 CFR 60-4, regarding affirmative action, to insure equal opportunity to females and minorities. The Town of Greenville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and negotiate with the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder to such extent as may be necessary. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Greenville, Indiana in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date bids are opened. He may, however, withdraw his bid at any time prior to the time and date scheduled for opening of same or any authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder. All questions must be received by 4:00 P.M. March 6, 2023. A pre-bid meeting will NOT be held.
