The Town of Francisco is taking bids for mowing and spraying town properties. All bids must be accompanied by a Certificate of Insurance, license from the State, and must be received by the Town Bids will be awarded on March 14, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. with the intent to accept the lowest qualified bidder. For the Francisco Wastewater Department: (1) Mowing wastewater treatment plant property at 9015 E 125 S, Oakland City, IN, parcel 26-13-22-100-001.422- 006, approximately two acres; (2) Spraying three (3) lift stations two (2) times a year: 1. On S Division St on east side of road just south of Maple Street; 2. On N Division St, last property on east side of road after the railroad tracks; and, off of SR 64, take lane just west of 6903 E SR 64 south to the lift station. Mowing and Spraying for the Francisco Water Department: (1) Mowing of property around the water tower on east side of Cemetery Road north of the ballpark, parcel 26-13-19-204- 001.732-004, approximately 1/2 acre. (2) Spraying of area around Kohlmeyer Building two (2) times a year, small concrete structure, on SR 64 just west of 6903 E SR 64, parcel 26- 13-20-300-701.405-004. Mowing for Town of Francisco: 1. 109 N 4th Street, parcel 26-13-19-202-000.207-005, behind town hall and around pole barn; 2. Vacant lot on southwest corner of Main Street and Fourth Street, parcel 26-13- 19-202-000.284-005.
