All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond whose amount is equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders.
