This project is to conduct bridge and structural mainenance repairs. Repairs and mainttenance for each bridge is determined by the most recent inspections. Items are detailed in the SARM Bridge Inspection Reports across three (3) locations. The scope of the planned work shall include, but is not limited to, concrete repairs, railing repiars, asphlat repairs. Additionally, for the duration of the contract, the successful respondent may be requested to provide service for unplanned work for bridge and structural maintenace repairs. Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the total price, payable to the RM of Manitou Lake No 442 and a Consent of Surety to furnish a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the tendered price.
