Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The overall project goal is to create a new suite of offices for the growing Nursing program's faculty members. Scope includes demolition to the exterior office fronts in 137 to construct 13 offices that are identical in size, as well as a meeting room, all with glazed fronts along the corridor. Demolition of the reception area to create seating for a new lunchroom lounge, including renovation to the kitchen area. In 134 the design calls for a mix of 6 new private offices, with corresponding glazed fronts, and an open office area along the exterior wall for additional workstations.
