The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete renovations to the exterior of New Westminster Armoury in New Westminster, British Columbia. -Selective demolition and removal of existing exterior plywood sheathing, security bars, windows, exterior soffits, mechanical and electrical items etc. -New structural strengthening of the exterior walls., -Exterior cladding/ siding replacement -New window replacement with new security bars and reinstall guards. -Modifications to an existing suspended wood floor. -Modifications to mechanical and electrical. -Modify the sprinkler system and provide new sprinkler heads to suit the new layout -Remove and re-install existing gas utility -Modifications to mechanical ducts, dampers, supply and exhaust vents as necessary. -Install new light fixtures and fire safety components.
