Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Andover, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Downtown Andover Brick Crosswalk and Sidewalk Repair. This work shall consist of removing, relocating, and resetting existing curb in accordance with these specifications and in close conformity with the lines and grades shown on the drawings or established by the Engineer. This shall include transition curb where necessary or as directed by the Engineer. The work under this contract consists of sidewalk replacement, brick crosswalk replacement, removing and resetting existing granite curb, constructing cement concrete and HMA sidewalks and driveway aprons, constructing cement concrete wheelchair ramps, loaming, and seeding, erosion control, and traffic signage. Included in the work is dust control, safety controls and signing for construction operations, traffic management, and all other work shown. Work is to begin in or around April 1, 2023 and shall be completed in full by July 1, 2023. All work to be completed during normal business hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The applicable minority workforce utilization percentage is 0 %. The applicable women workforce utilization percentage is 0 %
