Renovation of a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
The College of DuPage is accepting sealed bids for the Technical Education Center (TEC) 1032 Office Renovation. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the total base bid is required for this project. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Refer to the IDOL website for current DuPage County rates. The College of DuPage is committed to the economic development of disadvantaged business enterprises; qualified Minority, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Owned Businesses are highly encouraged to participate. College of DuPage Board of Trustees Reserves the right to reject any and all responses. Questions must be submitted in writing and be directed via email to the Procurement Services at purchasing@cod.edu no later than Friday, March 3, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. Central Time
