The Proposed Work is Generally Described as Follows: West Lebanon Avenue Parking Improvements - Phase 3 The Project Includes the Installation of Approximately 70 Parking Spaces, 885 Lf of 24" Curb and Gutter, 850 Lf of 18" Rcp Storm Drain, and Light Grading and Erosion Control. Bidders Must Be Licensed Contractors in the State of North Carolina, Duly Licensed Accordingly for the Appropriate Section of Bid. Each Proposal Shall Be Accompanied With a Deposit of Cash or Certified Check on Some Bank or Trust Company Insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in an Amount Equal to Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Proposal, Said Check to Be Made Payable to the Town of Elon.
