Doors to be provided by the owner; Remove and replace all sheetrock from the exterior walls and in the bathroom and kitchen; Update electrical and plumbing to code in the bathroom and kitchen; Install new electrical panel with upgraded service; Remove three layers of flooring one being Asbestos containing material Asbestos removal to be provided by the owner; Fill existing unused vents in the floor with concrete; Insulate exterior walls and ceilings per code; Install blueboard and plaster on bathroom walls and patch where needed; Remove and replace all interior doors and trim. Doors and trim stock to be provided by the owner; Install new engineered flooring throughout; Install new kitchen cabinets and countertops in the kitchen. Cabinets and countertops to be provided by the owner; Install new toilet, tub, and vanity with sink and med cabinet. Fixtures to be provided by the owner; One coat of primer and two coats of paint in all rooms. Primer and paint to be provided by the owner.
