Remove and replace damaged cove base. Remove damaged wallpaper. Sand and paint walls. Repair damaged sheetrock walls. Remove and replace existing millwork and countertops. Dust control and air filtering to be implemented for drywall repairs. Potential falldown of fire-retardant material above ceiling grid may result in additional cost of abatement.
