The City of Modesto Utilities Department, Water Division, is requesting sealed bids for landscape maintenance services for twenty-one (21) City water well sites, nine (9) water tank sites, and one (1) Corporation Yard. Landscape Maintenance shall include, but is not limited to, lawn mowing and edging, weed control, shrub trimming, tree trimmings, planter maintenance, removal of debris, blowing, raking, irrigation inspections, repair, and lawn fertilization at thirty-one (31) sites. Pricing shall be provided on a monthly basis for each well site. In addition, Bidder should provide hourly labor rates for irrigation maintenance, tree pruning, and miscellaneous work assignments as needed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a Bid.
