The California Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as CDE) is soliciting bids to provide custodial services for the Nutrition Services Division Sacramento Distribution Center located at 401 North Third Street, Sacramento, CA 95811 One-Year Option to Renew: July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 One-Year Option to Renew: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 Contract Start Date July 1, 2023, or upon contract/DGS approval) - June 30, 2024 The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary (with the exception of those items identified herein) to perform custodial services in the offices, conference room, kitchen, restroom areas, and Information Technology (IT) room The CDE agrees to provide paper towels, seat covers, toilet tissue, toilet bowl and urinal deodorant blocks, soap for dispensers, trash cans, and trash can liners to be used in performance of the services described in Exhibit A, Article Ill. Custodial Services, Section C. The Contractor will inform the CDE Contract Monitor if additional supplies noted above are needed The Contractor will perform custodial services that will keep the premises clean and in a well-maintained condition. The Contractor will use cleaning solutions that are disinfectant, hypoallergenic, and environment friendly. In addition, the Contractor will use disinfecting chemical products approved by the Environmental Protection Agency and will follow product instructions and requirements for use When the listed subcontractor is not licensed pursuant to the Contractor's License Law, if applicable, or any applicable licensing requirement of any regulatory agency of the State of California.
