Reference number : 1694576 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (for one year) The City of Montmagny is requesting tenders for the execution of construction and repair work on sections of street curbs and concrete sidewalks, as well as concrete slabs for street furniture, at various locations within the limits of its territory during the year 2023, with an option to renew the contract for an additional year, i.e. from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Ville de Montmagny does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. It disclaims all liability for the costs paid by tenderers for the preparation of their tender and for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. All bidders must therefore ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City also reserves the right to remove certain parts of the estimate, or to waive one or other of the conditions listed or to grant parts of the contract if it deems it appropriate. It also reserves the right not to retain any of the tenders received if, in particular, they turn out to be higher than market rates. In addition, the City may disregard any defect in form or minor defect that the tender may contain.
