Quotes for 8,000 tons, more or less, of crushed rock, 3/4 to 1" mesh, to State of Minnesota specifications for No. 2 rock Quote must include all applicable taxes, including the Goodhue County gravel tax. The crushed rock must be spread on township roads, with some stockpiled, between May 1, or as soon as the township agrees that roads are in condition to spread rock, and July 15, 2023. For each day rock delivery is delayed between July 16, 2023, and August 1, 2023, a penalty of 1% per day will be assessed. After August 1, the penalty will be 2% per day. The township will require certified truck scale tickets. We would like two quotes. One that includes providing the same price to township residents and one that does not. Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote. Quotes that do not meet the above conditions are subject to rejection.
