This Project will Renovate Maintenance Facility & Roads at the National Cemetery Administration, Alexandria National Cemetery, 209 East Shamrock Street, Pineville, LA 71360-6553. The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel necessary and required to provide construction services to accomplish project number 825CM3013 Renovate Maintenance Facility & Roads in accordance with the Scope of Work, Drawing, Specifications applicable Local, State and Federal laws and regulations. Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work to minimize to short duration and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 7:00AM to 4:00PM. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside procurement and will be conducted in accordance with Public Law 109-461. Bidders must be CVE verified prior to submitting a bid in accordance with VAAR 819-7003(B) and FAR Provision 52.204-7(a).
