The City of Sunrise is seeking to engage the services of qualified firms or individuals to provide continuing Landscape Architect Services for the Utilities Department. The successful firms or individuals must have extensive experience working in Broward County on right-of-way streetscape and site development/beautification projects. Work may include the preparation of design concepts and further development of landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation services. Additional work may include preparing construction cost estimates, bidding, permitting, contract documents, and construction administration services. Projects may require civil engineering, drainage improvements, roadway improvements, small monuments or similar structures, surveying services, electrical engineering for lighting and other exterior power needs as required for right-of-way streetscape and site development/beautification projects. The services noted above may be provided by sub-consultants to the Prime Landscape Architectural firm or individuals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
