In compliance with this Invitation For Bids (IFB) and all conditions imposed or referenced in this IFB, the undersigned company offers and agrees to furnish all goods and services required by thisIFB at the pricesindicated in eVA, and the undersigned company hereby certifies that all information provided below and in any schedule attached hereto is true, correct, and complete. This solicitation is being conducted on behalf of the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) to include its 23 Community Colleges, System Office, and Shared Services Center. The VCCS entities with immediate needs include Northern Virginia Community College. Any of the VCCS entities may, but are not obligated unless otherwise stated, to utilize any contract(s) awarded as a result of this solicitation. A list of VCCS colleges is available online. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified bidder to provide quarterly and annual preventative maintenance services, on call and emergency repair services, replacement, and installation services for the Encelium(R) lighting control energy management system installed at the Arts & Science Building (WAS) on the Woodbridge Campus of Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC). The contractor shall furnish all necessary transportation, equipment, labor, supervision, materials, tools, parts, supplies, and incidentals, and all other items required to fully maintain and provide quarterly and annual comprehensive preventative maintenance and system optimization services, on call services and repairs, emergency services and repairs, training, support, upgrade projects, conversions, and modernization of the Encelium(R) lighting control energy management system located on the Woodbridge Campus of Northern Virginia Community College. The contractor shall be an Encelium(R) factory authorized service contractor. This scope includes all equipment related to the lighting control energy management system, including but not limited to controllers, occupancy sensors, logic boards, circuit boards, relays, photosensors, building automation controls tie in and sensors, wall switches, lighting panels, uninterruptable power supplies (UPS), valves, dampers, and any other connected components. All Bidders submitting bids shall be responsible for verifying existing site conditions and measurements at the work site. The College shall not assume any responsibility for tools, equipment, or materials stored on College property.
