No Bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State Law. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. The work to be completed shall consist of all labor, equipment, and materials required to pave approximately 9,000 LF (2,000 TN) of asphalt roadway in Cornelia, GA, complete with milling and all appurtenances necessary for a complete installation. Time allotted for completion of work is 60 calendar days. All other questions may be directed to the issuing office, Carter & Sloope, Inc., Watkinsville, GA, 706-769-4119 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
