The City of Shoreline, Washington is soliciting a statement of qualifications (RFQ) from individuals or firms interested in providing engineering design services for upcoming Stormwater Pipe Repair and Small Drainage Projects ("Project"). The City of Shoreline has established a goal to repair and/or replace previously identified structurally deficient stormwater pipes that the Citys Surface Water Utility has determined to be high priority. Select deficient wastewater pipes near identified deficient stormwater pipes have also been identified. The City is seeking a consultant team to develop and provide plans, specifications, and engineer's estimate for multiple bid packages containing small-scale work at numerous identified project sites, to be constructed annually beginning in 2024 and possibly extending thru 2028. The City of Shoreline has compiled a list of sites in need of stormwater and wastewater infrastructure improvements, in the form of trenchless stormwater/wastewater pipe repair, open-cut stormwater/wastewater pipe repair/replacement and/or other smallscale stormwater infrastructure improvements. Other small-scale infrastructure improvements may include but are not limited to installing new catch basins, stormwater pipe, infiltration features, bioretention, and/or other "green" or "gray" stormwater infrastructure. These sites have been identified based on information collected thru basinplanning and other analytical efforts, and prioritized based on criticality and imminentneed.
