The City of Wolf Lake is offering bids for mowing on the following 2 parcels of land located just east of the City of Wolf Lake. The property encompasses the sewer retention ponds. The 3rd parcel will be behind the Wolf Lake Liquor Store. The 4th parcel is located around the warming house for the sledding hill. Parcel #1 The property located within the chain link fence. The grass is to be mowed and trimmed to an acceptable lawn length approximately once a month, but may be more or less often depending on rainfall. The grass should be mowed in its entirety so that it maintains the same length for the entire lawn. Mayor, Michelle Suhsen will authorize mowing if needed more than once per month. Preferred equipment is a compact tractor or riding lawn mower. The city will spray the chain link fence with roundup. Parcel #2 The property located outside the chain link fence. The grass is to be cut approximately twice a year like the local ditches. It may be suitable for hay. Parcel #3 The property located behind the Wolf Lake Liquor Store. The grass is to be mowed and trimmed to an acceptable lawn length approximately once a month, but may be more or less often depending on rainfall. The grass should be mowed in its entirety so that it maintains the same length for the entire lawn. Mayor, Michelle Suhsen will authorize mowing if needed more than once per month.
