Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Little Canada, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: REMOVE CURB AND GUTTER 1,300 LF FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION 7,200 SY BITUMINOUS MIXTURES 2,600 TON CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER 1,300 LF TURF RESTORATION 1,200 SY together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by 09/30/23. BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Little Canada shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
