No definite date for the rebid.** The City reserves the right to request bidders to provide Minority/Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) information. This is for information only and no preference shall be given, nor will this information affect the results of the contract award. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating prices in the Proposal, the City reserves the right to accept the most advantageous construction thereof to the City or to reject the proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened. All inquiries must be submitted to the City in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders of the contract documents.
