**As of March 16,2023, project was awarded tO Mechanical Air but awarded amount is not available.** HVAC Services for the Stony Brook Elementary and Eddy Elementary Schools in Brewster for calendar year 2023. Rates for the following work shall include, but not limited to regular and emergency HVAC services at 2 individual sites, Stony Brook Elementary School and Eddy Elementary School located in Brewster, Massachusetts. Scope of services includes: locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment that might arise. Work could take place during regular or emergency hours as needed, and overall maintenance requirements of said work. It will be the Contractor's responsibility to provide adequate machinery and transportation of said machinery to and from the various locations. Contractor will be required to make arrangements to visit said locations by contacting Mr. David Caolo, Monday through Friday at 508-246-8139. On-call services locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment that might arise. Work could take place during regular or emergency hours as needed, and overall maintenance requirements of said work. It will be the Contractor's responsibility to provide adequate machinery and transportation of said machinery to and from the various locations if needed. Work could take place during regular or emergency hours. The annual contract is not expected to exceed $50,000.
