The call for price proposal involves removing the existing main hangar and office roofing and insulation materials and replacing with all new materials. Project Location: Roosevelt City Hangar and Office, Roosevelt Municipal Airport, 1707 South 300 West, Roosevelt, Utah. Work will include but not be limited to: This work shall apply to both the Main Hangar Roof- 100-ft x 100-ft and the attached Office Area Roof - 30-ft x 100-ft Removal and disposal off site of existing metal roof, plastic opaque light panels, insulation, and trim. Remove sprayed-on green insulation from remaining interior infrastructure inside the Main Hangar, including but not limited to purlins, beams, and sidewalls. Install new final reinforced R-19 blanket insulation throughout. Install new 26 gage PBR metal roofing. Replace plastic opaque light panels with new in the same location as existing. This work shall apply to the attached Office Area Roof - 30-ft x 100-ft Remove and dispose off site the existing metal roof, flashing, gutters, insulation, and trim. Remove dispose off site the existing insulation... Install new 26 gage standing seam roofing with associated trim, gutters and flashing as needed. PRICE PROPOSAL FORMAT The price proposal may be submitted on the proposer's letter head or standard quote form and shall be for all work complete, and accepted by the Owner, on a lump sum price basis. This price shall be full compensation for all labor, mobilization, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete this item, including removal and disposal offsite of waste materials.
