Renovation of a parking garage in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Contract Description: Replacement of Existing Alarm & Sprinkler Systems Project Substantial Completion Date: 300 Calendar Days from the date of commencement of the work. Target Business Enterprise (TBE) or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for this project is 25% percent Bidders shall submit a completed contractor qualification statement not less than five(5) calendar days prior to the bid due date. Contractor qualification statement is valid for a three-year period commencing on the date accepted. Refer to Milwaukee County Ordinance Chapter 43 for more information. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner.
