This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission (Halifax Water) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Trenchless Sewer Lining Services. The scope of the future sewer mainline trenchless lining projects will include all necessary design, labour, equipment, and materials required to successfully rehabilitate the gravity sewer mains identified (wastewater/stormwater/combined) and in accordance with the requirements in this document. In general, this includes preparing the sewers, flow control, sewer main lining, reinstatement and restoration of all disturbed areas, traffic control, circulation of public notifications, overall management of the work including safe work and security practices, and all approval, permissions and necessary permits.
