Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The project involves the consolidation and construction of boiler spaces within the LR Construct facility. Work includes demolition of existing structures as necessary, installation of new boiler systems, and integration of associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components to ensure efficient operation. The scope covers structural modifications, utility connections, and compliance with applicable safety and performance standards. All work must adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, with attention to energy efficiency and operational reliability. All RFI's must be submitted to the VA via email to the Contracting Officer Liana Holland (Liana.Holland@va.gov) by no later than 9:00am EST on Wednesday December 17th, 2025.
